It's taken a year and a half but I've finally found a location for the school/gallery I can afford that also meets the requirements I laid out at the beginning. It's going to be in beautiful downtown San Marcos TX which is a classic Texas courthouse square. This also puts it a few blocks from Texas State University and the San Marcos River. Who's up for tubing after a long day of woodworking? The plan is to take possession in June, do some painting and fix up, move all the equipment in and then have a soft launch of a few classes in July. Then going full boat, whole hog, all out in August with a full weekly class schedule along with long weekend courses.

So I'm now in a rush to build benches, tools, displays, etc... Check back to see the progress as I'll probrably blog the builds instead of podcasting them due to time constraints.
